What motivates a person to act one way or another?
Is it even possible for someone to be an individual?
Humans are always surrounded by some sort of a community and there are always external influences.
Adam lived as an individual until he figured out his identity. He realized that his identity cannot be optimized without a community. "Lo Tov Lihyot Haadam Levado, Eese Lo Ezer Kenegdo"It is not good for man to be alone, I shall make him a community?
