For those who do car dates. How do you get out of cars on dates without breaching Tznius and without awkward wiggling and leg swerving?
I think this post is important for members of both genders...
For guys:
Do you open the car doors for women when on dates?
So I spent hours upon hours discussing this issue with friends and we have come to the following conclusion.
1) Men should open doors.
After all, that is the chivalrous thing to do... it makes us feel nice and taken care of.
2) After the man opens the door enough for the woman to get in, he should walk to the other side of the car to give the woman some privacy to get into the car and pull her skirt safely below her knees.
3) When getting out of the car, the man gets out with the woman, to give her some privacy and some tznius room.
Now women who want to avoid flashing the world when getting in and out of the car:
1) If the guy is so amazing and is acting all polite and gentleman-like on you, then there are still things to keep in mind.
2) You are a woman. Please act accordingly. Keep your legs close together when entering and exiting the vehicle. This avoids accidental flashing.
3) Before getting in and out of the car tug at your skirt. Make sure it's the length you want it to be when you are sitting.
